Hi, I'm Lauren!

CEO/FOUNDER OF SUPERWELL

I’m a wife, mom, wellness advocate, and the founder of SUPERWELL—but my journey to vibrant health wasn’t always smooth.

For years, I was constantly pouring into others—supporting my husband Chris throughout his NHL career, raising our family, and navigating the stress of loved ones’ health challenges. Somewhere along the way, I lost myself. Burnout, inflammation, and exhaustion took over, and I knew something had to change.

That’s when I made my well-being a priority. Through deep research, trial and error, and a commitment to real, lasting health, I created the SUPERWELL Method—a lifestyle rooted in holistic, science-backed practices that support longevity, energy, and well-aging.

Now, I’m here to share what I’ve learned so you can take control of how you age, feel incredible in your body, and build a wellness routine that actually fits into real life.
